What i do?

I consider the pastry a matter alive and in a continuous motion, a professione that allows me to combine creative with modern beauty.

Breathing art from my birth, i conceive my realizations like little artworks.
I study my desserts, just like i painted a canvas, i choice the colour and its endless shades.
Chosen the colour, i start in studying the main ingredient and then i structure my receipt with a little bit of fancy that makes me think out of schemes.
I create prticular combinations, like, for example “imperatrice”, rissotto with milk, artichoke coulis, candied artichoke and dark chocolate ice cream.Thanks to the cultural baggage, inherited by my family, i like also offer artworks proposed like desserts to my clients for example Andy Warhol in The Velvet underground.
